Founded on data, run by one person
The operation behind Domaineerz Media started in 2024, when founder Björn Stavenuiter began acquiring domain names and pricing them against real market data instead of gut feeling. Two years of buying, appraising, selling and building later, the operation had outgrown its informal roots, and in 2026 it was formalised as Domaineerz Media: one company for the portfolio, the appraisal work and the web properties built on it.
Being a one-person company is a feature, not a limitation. When you email us, you reach the person who researched the name, priced it, and can close the deal. No account managers, no ticket queues, no games.
Evidence first, always
Most domain portfolios are priced on hope. Ours is priced on evidence. Every name is anchored to verified comparable sales, checked against keyword demand, and sanity-tested with replacement-cost models. If the data does not support a number, we do not ask for it.
The second half of the method is proof. We build and operate real products on names we own, from a multilingual UV index service at uvindex.now to our own marketplace at premiumdomains.now. Running live properties keeps our appraisals honest: we know what traffic, rankings and revenue a good name can carry, because we measure it every day.
Where naming is heading
The web is entering its most interesting naming era since .com. AI assistants now answer questions directly, which makes memorable, category-defining names more valuable, not less: they are what people type, say and trust when an answer points them somewhere. At the same time, new registries have opened namespaces that let a company own its exact category.
We invest along a small set of clear theses:
The default address of the AI economy. Category keywords in .ai are the new category .coms.
Amazon Registry's action TLD. Short, urgent, brandable. We build on it ourselves.
Identity is becoming a product layer. Semantic .id names sit exactly on that shift.
A quiet bet on the superintelligence era, acquired years before the crowd arrives.
And underneath all of it, one belief: domains are productive assets. A name that only sits in a parking page is capital doing nothing. The future of this industry belongs to operators who can appraise with data, sell with transparency, and build with their own hands. That is the company we are building.
How we deal
Evidence over hype. We show our reasoning. If you want to know why a name costs what it costs, ask, and you will get comparable sales, not a story.
Plain dealing. Clear prices, secure transactions through Escrow.com, and lease-to-own options when a purchase needs room to breathe.
Respect for your inbox. When we reach out about a name, one reply stops all future contact. Always.
